Scanning should recover exactly the same URL and open that address on example.com.Choose the link type, enter the sample and generate it. Scan both the preview and downloaded file with another phone. Compare the domain, path and source parameter, then test a print at its intended size.
Scope and limitations
- An expired URL leaves the code image intact but makes the destination unavailable. Generate a new image if the encoded URL changes.
- Pale codes, busy backgrounds and cropped margins can make scanning unreliable. Anyone scanning a Wi-Fi or contact code can read its contents; consider who can access the image.
