Terms of service
Understand UsefulShelf online tools, AI creation, paid offerings and user responsibilities.
Operator and contact
UsefulShelf is independently operated by an individual and provides online tools and AI creation services at usefulshelf.com. Contact contact@usefulshelf.com for product, order and refund support.
Services and current availability
The site offers local browser tools and online AI image and video generation. AI image tools support text prompts, reference editing and multi-image composition, including fictional faces. Paid packs are currently a preview and do not accept payment. Purchases will open only after email-verified access and paid generation management are ready.
Paid offering and delivery
The preview offering is a one-time US$9.90 pack for 1,000 image generations, with 1K and 2K at the same price; video is excluded. Each successful image delivered for download consumes one generation; failed or undelivered results do not. Validity is one calendar month from successful payment with no automatic renewal. When sales open, access will require verification of the purchase email. See Pricing Preview for counting, expiration and delivery details.
Refunds and order issues
Unused packs are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Duplicate charges, delivery failures and persistent technical defects are handled under the Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected. For Paddle-processed orders, payment and refunds are also subject to Paddle Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.
Inputs and permitted use
You must have the rights and required consent to use submitted images, text and likenesses. Do not use the site for unlawful content, non-consensual use of real people’s likenesses, deceptive impersonation, face swapping or deepfakes, sexual exploitation, or material violating others’ rights. These are usage rules, not a claim that every prohibited input is automatically detected or blocked. We may restrict service for confirmed violations.
Generated results and service limits
AI results may contain errors, distortions or differ from expectations. Check accuracy, likeness permissions and third-party rights before public or commercial use. Buying a pack does not guarantee exclusive results, copyright eligibility or fitness for every purpose. Queues or temporary outages may occur; these do not remove delivery obligations or applicable refund rights.
Changes to these terms
Updates will be published on this page. Existing purchases will be honored according to the price, generations, validity and refund commitments shown at purchase. Later page edits will not retroactively reduce purchased benefits, except where changes are required by applicable law.
