Refund Policy
Read the refund conditions, order issue process and support options for UsefulShelf image generation packs. Paid purchases are not open yet; this policy applies to purchases after sales begin.

This policy applies to the UsefulShelf standard image generation pack: US$9.90 for 1,000 generations, valid for one month from purchase, with a one-time payment. Purchases are not available yet. Free tools and free generations involve no payment and therefore no monetary refund.
Full refund for unused packs within 14 days
You are eligible for a full refund if requested within 14 calendar days of purchase and no images have been successfully generated using the pack. Failed tasks or undelivered results whose generations have been restored do not count as use. Packs with successfully generated images or requests after 14 days are generally outside this voluntary promise. Order issues, statutory rights and greater payment-provider protections remain unaffected.
Duplicate charges, delivery failures and service issues
Contact us for duplicate charges, a pack not received after payment, or persistent technical problems preventing use of the purchased service. We will verify the order and attempt delivery, repair or restoration of affected generations. Confirmed duplicate charges will be refunded. Undeliverable purchases or unresolved service problems will receive a full or partial refund according to the affected portion.
How to request a refund
Email contact@usefulshelf.com with your purchase email, order number, purchase date and a description of the issue. For orders processed by Paddle, you may also use the support link in your receipt or the Paddle order support page. Do not send full card numbers, passwords, verification codes or unrelated private generated content.
Refund processing and pack access
After reviewing your request, we will email you the outcome. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider, normally to the original payment method. Arrival time depends on the provider and bank. The pack becomes invalid after a full refund is completed. Any generation adjustments for a partial refund will be explained during processing.
Expiration and automatic renewal
Packs are valid for one month from purchase; unused generations expire. Expiration of unused generations alone does not trigger an automatic refund, but eligible requests under this policy or applicable law can still be made. Packs do not renew automatically, so no subscription cancellation is needed.
Consumer rights and Paddle orders
This policy does not limit withdrawal, refund or other mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. Orders processed by Paddle are also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. Where local law or the payment provider offers greater protection, that protection applies. Statutory refund rights will not be denied solely because generations have been used.
