Match preview time zones to the target scheduler

The preview accepts five fields: minute, hour, day, month and weekday. It calculates upcoming times in the browser local zone and does not create a server task.

An example to check

Input and settings

0 9 * * 1-5

Expected result

09:00 Monday through Friday in the browser local zone, listing only occurrences after the current time.

Check fields from left to right so hours and minutes are not swapped. Before deployment, confirm the server time zone, command permissions and scheduler dialect.

Scope and limitations

  • When day-of-month and weekday are both restricted, this preview requires both to match. Some traditional cron schedulers use OR instead, producing different results.
  • Quartz seconds and extensions such as L, W and # are unsupported. The preview searches a limited horizon, so rare dates may not appear.
