Merge in file order and inspect the boundaries

Combine pages from multiple PDFs in sequence for attachments or reports. Arrange the file queue first, then check the total pages and boundaries.

An example to check

Input and settings

A.pdf has two pages and B.pdf has one, ordered A then B.

Expected result

Three output pages ordered A1, A2, B1.

Queue ordering changes whole-file order. Open the output and inspect the last page of A and first page of B, not just the success message.

Scope and limitations

  • Password-protected, damaged or unusually structured PDFs may fail. The tool does not bypass access restrictions.
  • Rebuilding can affect digital signatures, forms or bookmarks. Keep originals and inspect the output when those features matter.
