# Liquid action menu

Create a coffee journal interface whose central button separates into beans, close, and cup controls. Moving between buttons attracts nearby blobs while icons remain sharp. This is an action menu, not a tab panel.

Supported CLI or JSON (`--params config.json`) properties: `title`, `subtitle` (1–180 characters), `accent`, and `bg` (3- or 6-digit hex colors). The output includes local add/delete/clear interactions. Entries exist only in memory and disappear after refresh.

Read [references/design.md](references/design.md) when adapting geometry or action flows. Keep the SVG filter on decorative blobs only. Preserve inert hidden actions, a visible focus outline, and a filter-free reduced-motion state.
