Build a tactile cartridge timeline with selectable chapters, keyboard navigation and a shuffle discovery loop.

The generator resolves its template relative to its own path and runs from any working directory. Use `--params config.json` or direct options for `title`, `subtitle`, `accent`, and `bg`. Text is preserved as text; colors accept only 3- or 6-digit hex values. The preview is an English, self-contained HTML page with no runtime dependencies.
